SHIPPING POLICY

  • Some international orders may be subject to customs fees. Any additional shipping and customs fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  • I hold no responsibility for lost/stolen packages once they have been passed into the hands of postal services.
  • If the package arrives damaged, refuse it! All packages are delivered by me in perfect condition, so potential damage must occur on the shipping route and thus also be compensated by the shipping service provider.
  • Most orders ship within 5-10 business days from shipping date to arrive at the destination, but please plan a little buffer! Sometimes the shipping service provider takes longer and that is beyond my control.

REFUND POLICY

  • Please note that I run a super small business (with only one employee who’s me haha), it is not a big company! Therefore my options for pushing down shipping costs (or offer free shipping), lost goods and co. are unfortunately very limited 🙁
  • I offer a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery. To arrange a return you will need to contact refund@koschkapsd.com and I will then provide the returns address to send your product to at your cost.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and undamaged.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will contact you to confirm that I have received your returned item and once approved I will refund the product amount paid back to your original method of payment straight away.
